VOLTA NY - ART FAIR

SOLO PRESENTATION by CAMERON PLATTER

04 - 07 march 2010

IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE ARMORY SHOW - NEW YORK CITY

The gallery is pleased to announce that it has been selected for VOLTA NY, the American incarnation of the successful young fair founded in Basel in 2005. VOLTA NY was conceived to continue the original mandate to create a tightly-focused, boutique affair that would be a place for discovery and concentrate on current and topical art production.

VOLTA NY is organized as an invitational show, organized by art critic and fair director Amanda Coulson, conceived to complement the offerings across town at The Armory Show. By putting the focus back on artists through exclusively featuring solo projects, VOLTA NY promotes a deep exploration of the work of its selected artists and galleries, an opportunity for discoveries that move beyond those afforded by a traditional art fair.

Whatiftheworld will present a solo presentation of new works by artist Cameron Platter. VOLTA NY is taking place once again at 7W 34th Street, directly across from Manhattan’s classic icon The Empire State Building, from Thursday, March 4th - Sunday, March 7th, 2010.
